Jason Haag is the founder of Medivation Wellness Coaching, a professional wellness education and coaching program dedicated to promoting balance, resilience, and growth for individuals and organizations.
Drawing on a distinguished background in emergency medical services, leadership, and mental health education, Jason brings a unique combination of expertise, empathy, and real-world insight to his coaching practice. His experience in high-pressure environments has shaped a coaching philosophy that emphasizes practical tools, sustainable habits, and evidence-based strategies to enhance overall well-being.
As a respected EMS educator and mental health advocate, Jason has trained and mentored countless first responders, healthcare professionals, and community leaders. Through his work as a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, he continues to champion emotional wellness, stress management, and proactive self-care within both professional and personal settings.

Individual/Group Coaching
1 on 1 coaching with in-person of virtual coaching. The focus will be entirely on you. Package pricing depends on length of package agreed upon.
Your group gets attention with a unified program. This allows for accountability and teamwork among coaching session participants. Cost depends on the amount of people in the group and the intensity of coaching desired.
Coaching will be done for your entire company through a mix of individual and small group sessions depending on the needs and requests of the organization.
Subscription or one-time based on the customers desire.
Depends on event length. Travel expenses will be additional.
